When a client inherited a stunning condo on Lake Shore Drive, they came to us with a clear brief: make it renter-ready. Working within a defined budget, we stripped back years of dated wallpaper, refreshed the paint, replaced the lighting throughout, and sourced a beautiful LVP flooring with rich movement and the durability a rental demands. The result is a fresh, modern space that feels effortlessly livable—polished enough to attract the right tenant, and thoughtful enough to leave every option on the table.
Across both bathrooms, we replaced vanities and lighting to modernize the spaces. In the primary bathroom shown here, we created a refined, unfussy palette with clean lines and thoughtful storage—transforming what was a dated space into something contemporary and inviting.
