Woodbine Kitchen Renovation

When we were approached by our clients for this project, they had just been gifted a set of cabinets and countertops from another kitchen renovation. And therein began our puzzle. Our clients are avid bakers and cooks and had been struggling with a non-functional kitchen since they had moved into their home some 15 years ago. Our goal: repurpose the gifted components and optimize the space to create our client's dream kitchen where they could share their creativity and love of food with family and friends.
One of the first things we tackled was the lack of flow through the space. By reconfiguring the stairs and eliminating the mini peninsula in favor of a straight countertop we actually gained more usable counterspace and improved the path of travel from the stairs into the kitchen. We were able to add counterspace to either side of the range, enclose the previously floating refrigerator, and heighten the space with the removal of the soffits above the previous cabinets. By reworking the gifted cabinets into a layout that served our client's everyday life we were able to transform their kitchen into an elevated heart of the home.

Introducing our Lakeshore Drive Master Bath Renovation—a harmonious blend of clean lines, timeless elegance, and exquisite finishes. Our client's vision was clear: to craft an oasis that would stand the test of time both in material and design. Guided by this aspiration, we embarked on a journey to seamlessly marry the allure of marble with the practicality demanded by a bathroom setting. Our solution? Italian marble-look porcelain, gracefully enveloping the space from floor to wall, casting a luxurious backdrop for our design narrative.
At the heart of this sanctuary lies the freestanding bath, nestled at the feet of a striking feature wall. Here, a delicate motif of marble and mother-of-pearl flowers dances across the surface, adding an ethereal touch to the space. This same motif finds its reflection in the shower, fostering continuity and balance throughout. Serene tones and elegant finishes, coupled with polished chrome hardware, culminate in a spa-like haven that will serve our clients for years to come.
Great Pines Master Bath Renovation

Our Great Pines master bath renovation is all about the fusion of funky sophistication, warmth, and functionality.
Our design features moody calacatta viola marble, rich mahogany, and deep burgundy maroon accents. While the finishes speak to the sophistication, their application speaks to the funky. The focal point floor brings a touch of unexpected playfulness while its deep tones anchor the space and interplay with the marble on the vanity and shower alcove.
When working in a compact space, we are always intentional to enhance the visual dimensions of the space. By elevating the vanity off the floor, opting for two full-height shower curtains, and extending the waterproof microcement into the shower, we create the illusion of a larger, more cohesive room.

This ongoing residential kitchen renovation is dedicated to achieving a refined and sophisticated design. We have meticulously selected finishes that exude texture, warmth, and visual appeal. By incorporating fluted wood cabinet fronts, luxurious granite countertops, and stunning wood floors, we have established a solid foundation that perfectly complements the minimalistic lines of the space. The end result will be a kitchen that is both beautiful and highly functional, creating an atmosphere that brings joy to cooking and entertaining.
